Why become a member?
Senior Golfer Association (SGA) is all about bringing together a "National" Association of Senior Golfers. Including in SGA would be made up of Senior Leagues from all around the country, as well as, individuals. Much like PGA, EWGA, and other associations. SGA feels banding together strenghtens our voice as a united number to address the special needs of Seniors.
This would also help Seniors recieve discounts, such as, golf equipment, apparel, green fees, and of course tournaments.
Currently the Senior Golfer Association is focusing on asking the USGA's to make a small change in their rating of tees. Tees that are presently gender rated only, by the USGA, to include a rating of tees for Seniors. The forward tees commonly known as white tees, or senior tees could be rated to be "Senior Tees". These tees have already been indexed so the only change would be to officially recognize these as "Senior Tees", requiring a name change only.
While the process is being finalized we invited you to leave your contact information so we can update you as offers become available. At this time the cost is "ZERO", so you have nothing to lose, but you have much to gain by being part of the Senior Golfers Association (SGA).
